Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread 🤤

Hello beautiful peeps! I wanted to share with you one of my favorite sweet treats to make during the holiday season. I posted this Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread recipe last year on my IG last year, and decided to reshoot this recipe AND film a video so you can follow along while I make it 🙌🏼

Here is the recipe to this amazing deliciousness. Its super easy to make, and can be enjoyed as dessert OR as a sweet breakfast (my favorite thing to eat with a cup of coffee 🤤).

Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread


Ingredients

-1 ¼ cup white whole-wheat flour

-1/3 cup all-purpose flour

-1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

-½ teaspoon baking soda

-2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

-¼ teaspoon salt

-2 eggs

-1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree

-½ cup avocado oil or organic canola oil

-½ cup pure maple syrup

-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

-¾ cup chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously coat a 8 ½ by 4 ½-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. Whisk whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir until just combined. I added some extra chocolate chips on top for extra goodness!

3. Spread the batter out into the prepared loaf pan. Bake until the bread has risen and the center springs back when lightly touched, 55-58 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan. Run a knife around the edges before turning out and slicing.
