Today I bring you all this refreshing, very summer appropriate watermelon cocktail 😊🍉
This recipe called for less than 5 ingredients, requires no sugar/ sweeteners, and is a low calorie drink you can enjoy all summer long! You can even omit the alcohol and make a yummy mocktail ❤️
Watermelon Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 large watermelon (seedless)
2 limes
2 cups ice
6-8 oz. vodka (depending how strong you want yo drank)
salt for the rim
Directions:
Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh into a blender
Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth
Add the juice of the limes, vodka, and ice to the blender, and blend everything together.
Take the lime wedge and coat the rim of the glass with lime juice. Then place some salt on a plate and coat the rim in salt.
Pour your beverage into your glass and garnish with a wedge of lime and a watermelon wedge
